We invite you to pull up a chair, pour a cup of coffee, and join a welcoming space where real conversations about midlife happen. Through live sessions, casual drop-ins, coaching, and on-demand learning, you’ll get trusted information on perimenopause, menopause, symptom relief, and lifestyle strategies. Like the kitchen table where life’s stories are told, you’ll find reflection, connection, and practical tools to help you live your best health in midlife and beyond.     Woven throughout the program is coaching with videos, worksheets, journal prompts, and live group sessions to offer insight, tools, and shared support to navigate menopause, strengthen healthy habits, and move into the new year confidently with clear goals.

    We’ll explore what’s really happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause—covering common symptoms, timing, and treatment considerations. The sessions are clear and practical, giving you trusted knowledge and simple tips to feel more at ease in this transition.

Let’s set the table first. Begin with self-discovery and grounding. Recorded sessions cover whole health, stress, sleep, and menopause basics. Live gatherings invite story-sharing, menopause / midlife discussion, and heart-focused practices. Reflection begins with a personal whole health inventory and gratitude.

Just as the leaves turn, we take our place at the table to shed old ways, to look forward, to dream. Recorded sessions highlight the importance of creating a vision, movement, and menopause therapy options. Live gatherings explore alignment of goals, menopause / midlife discussion, and heart-focused practice. Reflection deepens with journaling to provide clarity on what—and who—matters most.

Celebrating our best selves we evolve with change, what’s possible, and nourishment. Recorded sessions highlight decision-making, nutrition, and urogenital health in menopause. Live gatherings center on goal-setting, overcoming obstacles, menopause / midlife discussion, and heart-focused practices. Reflection turns actionable with clearly defined goals to carry into the new year.

Your host:

Elizabeth Novy, APRN-CNP, MSCP, NC-BC, NBC-HWC

Liz is a family nurse practitioner, Certified Menopause Practitioner (MSCP), and board-certified coach with a focus on midlife integrative health, lifestyle, and well-being. Her unconventional career path has prepared her to navigate change and provides her with a unique perspective. She is versed in the nuances of the health of midlife women, including hormone therapy, non-hormone, and non-prescription options for relief of menopause-related symptoms. As a coach, she has a whole health approach that is grounded in empowerment, partnership, shared decision making, and an exploration of what matters most. It was personal experience that drove her on this relentless pursuit to be a credible resource to others.

  • A virtual program that combines live sessions, drop-in studios, group coaching, and on-demand learning. You’ll explore the menopause transition, symptom relief, lifestyle strategies, and personal growth in a welcoming, supportive space.

  • Offered to OHIO residents only. This course is designed for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who want trusted information, support, and community through the midlife transition, including perimenopause and menopause. 

  • Live sessions: (3) 90 minute sessions

    Drop-in studio times: 30-minute casual sessions (monthly, time TBD)

    On-demand recordings released monthly (1-2 hours/month). Includes: coaching, lifestyle, and menopause education

    Journaling & worksheets to guide reflection and growth

    Community connection with other midlife women

  • Coaching, menopause education, lifestyle, and personal development.

  • Expect about 3-5 hours per month for live sessions, recordings, and personal reflection. You can revisit recordings anytime.

  • Enrollment is intended as a commitment. We stand behind the value of this program. If you’ve actively participated—completed the pre-work, engaged with the recordings, and attended at least one live session—but still feel it hasn’t met your needs, you may request a refund within 14 days of the first live session.

  • No. Insurance does not cover this program. It is an investment in your health.

  • Live participation is encouraged for connection. To respect confidentiality, the live sessions will NOT be recorded.

  • By the end of the program, you’ll:

  • That’s okay. The program supports women at every stage of the menopause transition —perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause—as well as anyone noticing midlife changes in energy, mood, sleep, or health, or “not feeling like themselves.”
